E11: Tequila Mandala CEO Kirk Cartozian on Being Open to Opportunity

Kirk Cartozian is a dynamic leader that believes in the American Dream.  Prior to running Tequila Mandala, Kirk balanced his professional career as an executive and public service as the Mayor and Councilmember for the City of Downey in California.  He has also played an integral part in notable Southern California restaurant expansions including Porto’s Bakery and the Gaucho Grill.
